   When I first got my Ion from Revolver I was so impressed. I still love the product, but always seem to have a difficult time getting my orders in a timely manner. The last order I placed (2 bottles & some Refillable cartomizers) was on the 18th, today is the 26th and the order still has not been shipped. After leaving 2 voicemails & 3 emails, the response I received was, ” I am very sorry about the delay. We are going through a big move at the moment and it’s been a constant struggle to keep up with all of the orders and complete the moving process. You should have received an email informing you that we are sold out of the RY4 eliquid you ordered. If you can give us a substitute that we can send instead we will send out your order right away.”
   However, I did not receive an email informing me of anything, and I don’t understand why the rest of the order was not sent out. When I questioned Customer Service about this, the response was, “That’s not the way we do things here.”
   Unfortunately, even though I love the product, I will not longer be doing business with this company.
   When will people realize that if they do not have good customer service it does not matter how good the product is?

   I have a Talon kit and I absolutely love it! Comes with an un heard of 1 year warrenty!
