Every time I ordered cartridges, it took FOREVER to get them! I would place my order, then a couple days later I would check online to see the status and even though they took my money, there would be no tracking number! I would call and they would tell me that a supervisor would call me within the following 2 days to tell me if the cartridges were even sent out! I would have rated this 0 out of 5 stars on all, but u have to in order for this to be submited. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

South Beach Smoke starter kits are fantastic. Best way to start, and very easy too. I made the switch 6 months ago, haven’t looked back since. The nicotine feel exactly like a cigarette, and the flavors make me forget it’s electronic. The vapor on these is huge.

I feel so much healthier now that I am totally done with cigarettes thanks to South beach Smoke. All the anti-smoking campaigns were really irking me because I knew how true they are. Like any smoker will agree, it is so hard to quit! However, e-cigarettes are the great thing to ever happen to smokers because at least they are an alternative method. I switched a few months ago and I will never smoke a cigarette again!

South Beach Smoke has the best cartridges for e-cigs. Really good vapor, I haven’t seen any other brand create as much. In fact, no other brand can come close to how well these work.

I called South Beach Smoke’s customer service line before I placed my first order to get more information. I was so surprised to speak to an actual, live person who was not outsourced, and really could answer my questions! What a personal touch in this age where it is such a rarity to have such nice treatment. I received my package in less time than I expected- the ship super fast. E-cigarettes from South Beach Smoke have really improved my quality of life and I am ever so thankful!

Great company. They have made lessening my nicotine intake tremendously. I started with the 16mg, and have gotten down to 6mg, and sometimes 0mg! Their flavors are rich and bold, but never overpowering. The tobacco flavor is really great, and even with 0mg cartridges it totally feels like the real thing. Glad to be smoke-free!

I love that South Beach Smoke offers many different products that make using their e-cigarettes really simple. I use the wall charger only when I’m at home, I keep the USB charger at my desk at work, and the car adapter in the car. It feels great to know that wherever I am, and no matter what I am doing I can keep myself prepared. I am a pretty heavy smoker, and electronic cigarettes are so much more convenient that the old fashioned kind. I wish I would have tried them sooner!

I have always received great customer service and never had a problem with getting the products I ordered in a timely manner. I am so happy to learn they are going to be coming out with more flavors in the near future. South Beach E-cigs is a keeper for me!!!

The positive: Good product.

The negative: Takes approx 1 month to receive your refills. This has happened to me 2 times. They are always on back order. Also, they will tell you on the website status that it has been shipped, when in fact a week later it has not left the warehouse. Horrible customer service. The shipping charge is outrageous! It takes at least 7 days, and they charge $10 for a a small package.

Overall I am so disappointed and I will seek a new product.

These are fantastic e-smokes. I traded my two-pack per day cigarette habit, and I couldn’t be happier. These are much healthier, and I could feel a difference the moment I started.I did it mostly for the savings in price, but to have better health is an greater benefit.

This is the only product they put on the market, so why can’t I get my shipment? I still didn’t get the cherry cartridges from my March 10th order, so I changed to chocolate. Guess what? Now they are on backorder too. May have to change brands.

Excellent product. But some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Ordered cartridges on March 2, online status showed shipped on March 5. When product was not received by March 12, I called the company to send a tracking number so I could see where the shipping delay was. I was told the cartridges had not been shipped, as part of the order (not all) was on back order. I worked with the service representative to find a resolution as I was not notified some of the flavors were on back order, and that there would be a delay. The resolution was, what was in stock would be shipped two day on March 13, and then the rest shipped when it came in stock later. Today, March 15, no cartridges, when they should have been received via two day shipping. I called the company again. It turns out, they did not honor their resolution and did not ship cartridges. Now, it appears that it will be, at best, March 19 before I receive my order. I am down to my last cartridge, which will not last through that long.

I started smoking e-cigs so I would not want real cigarettes. That has worked. I have not smoked a real cigarette since starting the e-cigs in November. However, thanks to South Beach Smoke, and their horrendous customer service, I dont know if i will make it through the weekend without smoking.

The most frustrating part is, this could have been avoided if South Beach smoke had only honored their own resolution. They didn’t. I have gotten nothing but assurances with no follow through. A great product, but one should look elsewhere, simply because of the horrendous customer service. (And I say great product with exception of the chocolate flavor cartridge. It literally tastes like vomit to me.)

I have been using e cigs for years and South Beach Smoke is a better product than any other. Recently they had such an overwhelming demand that they ran out of stock on a few cartridges. Disappointing, but shouldn’t that prove that they are the best…duh, they are in demand. You ever try to get a ticket to a concert and it was sold out…that’s not because the band sucked. I saw in an article that they are restocked and have increased all of their business ops. I have always had a pleasant time on the phone with customer service and the employees have went out of their way to keep me happy. Running out of a few cartridges isn’t going to make me switch to another brand, I am a customer for life.

After trying all of the big e-cigarette names out there, I came to South Beach Smoke on a friend’s recommendation. I am so glad I did, because they really out-perform the others. I went with the Premium Delux starter kit, and it was really simple to use. Everything works great.

I enjoy their ecig but they have the worst customer service around with reps trained to lie to you directly.

1st order they claimed to ship on January second. A few days later tracking hasn’t updated and I call and am told the order was shipped on the 2nd. Same deal a few days after that. Finally 10 days or so after the order I call again, the rep tells me that the order hasn’t shipped because they are out of stock of cartridges. This proves that they first few customer service representatives lied.

2nd order was cartridges with their home delivery program. Shipped out on time and everything looked good. Opened up the package a week or two later when I ran out of cartridges from my original order. I find that they sent THE WRONG cartridges designed for their OTHER ecig. Super, cartridges that don’t work with my model. Call them up and the customer service rep says they’ll ship out the correct cartridges immediately and I would receive an email with tracking within 2 days. That was 2 weeks ago. They haven’t done shit and once again lied to me. Called yesterday and was totally blown off by customer service. Sent an email seeing if their customer service is any better if you don’t talk to them. No response.

Been totally calm and laid back with all communications with these idiots and crooks (except for the email hah!). Nothing works.

Going to file a complaint with the BBB on monday assuming they haven’t made any progress with the most recent issue.

Awesome – no more stinkin’ carcinogenic tobacco for me – not since a good friend of mine recently recommended South Beach. This thing goes everywhere with me – and I’ve just joined their membership program – meaning I’m paying less than 2 bucks per refill. swee,eet

South Beach is a good electronic cigarette for the money. if you need an inexpensive alternative they are the best.

South beach has great e-cigarette packages and pricing options for its refills etc. Their ecigs work extremely well, though the Mirage Sirrus 2 still stays my favorite. But still, I would recommend South beach smoke to everyone who wants to get into ecigarette smoking.
